The parameter is incorect toshiba

Hi,

I have a toshiba external usb 3.0 (500 GB) and i have been using it for the past 2 months. However, today when i connect it to both my laptop and desktop, it doesn't open. It is recognized as a removable hardware but doesn't function when trying to run it from my computer. it is as well giving 'Invalid Parameter' error.

Pls help!!

Test it with SeaTools for Windows to check if it's become faulty or is starting to fail:

Choose the Long/Extended test.
