SMALL PSU question

Im just waiting till the LGA1155 MoBos get reReleased to order all my parts but I got the CoolerMaster 750W PSU for christmas and im wondering...
Is the fan on there is that the exahst or the intake?
Im getting the Antec DF-85 Black Computer Case and it doesnt have grill on the bottom so would it be ok to mount the PSU upside down?
Stupid question I know! It lloks like it has little rubber pegs to keep it held up a half inch maybe..
