Could Someone Identify these Parts, Please

I don't have a screwdriver and I'm trying to identify what is under these panels. I've never heard of this laptop brand "Spartan" before nor do I have any idea where the laptop came from. It was given to me as a gift from an unspecified friend and/or family member so I have no manual or anything.

Top of the Laptop:

If anyone could identify what's under the panel all the way to the left (with the fan, close up picture in "specific") and also possibly what is in the long horizontal panel at the top-right location in the "Bottom of the Laptop" picture.

I'm hoping the panel in "specific" is a GPU panel (but that's wishful thinking).
