Compatability Issues

I'm getting this motherboard:

ASRock P67 EXTREME4 GEN3 LGA 1155 Intel P67 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard

I'm wondering if this will be compatible with this heatsink:

COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 Plus RR-B10-212P-G1 "Heatpipe Direct Contact" Long Life Sleeve 120mm CPU Cooler Compatible Intel Core i5 & Intel Core i7

I am wondering because I'm planning on getting G.skill ripjaws RAM, and they're a bit high, so it might interfere with the fan placement.

If they're not compatible, what heatsink would you guys recommend? I'm looking for a <$35 heatsink.

actually if you'r spending about $35 then why not look at the Hyper 212 EVO + you won't have compatibility issues with the mosfet coolers

I don't think you will have any issues.

Worst case scenario, you can install heatsink 90 degrees (ie fans facing north-south) if you have clearance issues.

BTW, you have chosen some SOLID parts.
