Your best bet is the new Sandybridge with on die graphics. Not the best for gaming but better than any motherboard's built in graphics. Can you get those there? And a link to any and all vendors you can use there is the only way we can help choose between what you can get and for how much.

How does THIS fit into your price range for a cpu?? And THIS for a New Giga Byte Ga H61m D2p B3 Desktop Motherboard Intel Socket H2 Lga 1155 Contrmotherboard???

What is you budget in, what, Rouples Rs? I don't have a clue. Let me know if the links work and what you think.

Today, the integrated graphics is included with the cpu, not the motherboard.

A sandy bridge cpu with HD3000 graphics has a graphics component equivalent to about a $50(US) graphics card.
Something like a 2105: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819115090

You will need a H61,H67,Z68 based motherboard for that chip.

Another alternative is the amd llano.
At a similar price, it will have stronger graphics, but an inferior power cpu:

If you might want to upgrade to a discrete graphics card in the future, I would go with the stronger sandy bridge cpu.

It should be ok but for playing games you will need a graphics card to go with it. Or are you going to get the AMD A8-3850 Llano 2.9GHz ? It won't fit on that board though. I found THIS ONE which is close to the 5,000Rs. It's only 6,530 Rs. And I found the AMD A8 3850 Llano CPU APU GPU HD 6550D 2.9GHz 4 cores 100W 4MB Cache and it's 8,989.00 Rs. That makes it ~4,000 cheaper and together they're only 15,919 Rs. Does the difference make the combination affordable? It should do what you want it too and no graphics card just like you asked. What 'cha think?
