Yes that PSU will be plenty.

Just me and all but I much prefer the Antec 300 over the 200 and think it looks much more sleek.

Your parts look pretty nice, good work.

Hmm hope u realized that u picked out an OEM chip i.e the stock HSF is not included so if u have hand me downs they should be socket AM2 compatible at least

If i were in your shoes i would rather hold out with that 160GB hdd 1st, and hit an AM3/DDR3 build as the sun has gone down on DDR2 platforms with all current/incoming ones on DDR3

Thanks for all of your help. The psu was the main question. Parts listed from Newegg were new parts from friends old parts that I obtained either free or greatly reduced price from them-(just wanted to let everyone know what I had to use ,in fact one of them did replace their ddr2 mobo for a ddr3 and thought that the rma was not worth it ,thats why I have it now )-,and of course the parts I listed primarily from a few dell 8400s I trashed out over the summer. As far as the ram working -it should,I hope,Lets just cross my fingers ! Thx again

Will the Antec 300 still be able to have a micro atx installed even though it only calls for a atx, the 200 specifically says it can handle an micro atx/atx
