Here's the problem: I had 10 tabs opened for around half an hour, and I have a widget on my desktop that monitors ram usage. Now, when I close Chrome, 803 MB of ram is freed...is Chrome supposed to take up that much memory? It just seems a bit ridiculous to me that it uses more ram than CS5 Photoshop.
And for an extra bit of info, there's around 10-12 different Chrome.exe*32 processes running, and range from 40 000K to 90 000K of Private Memory usage.
My commputer is a lappy: HP 3139tx.
Windows 7 64
8 GB RAM
So, does anyone know what's wrong (if anything) and what to do to fix it?
Thanks guys,
Cheers.
