How to repair corrupted external hard disk

Dear Experts,

I have an external Hard Drive Sony Model HD-EG5 (500 GB), I have lots of data on it. I guess it is corrupted due to virus. File Explorer (Windows XP) shows it but give following error when click it "Disk structure is corrupted or unreadable"

I have tried Recuva (it can't read it)
Also tried Testdisk however, still can able to restore it.

I would appreciate any help in this regard.
