Gigabyte vs Asus - HD 5970

So where im buying from doesnt have the asus in stock right now.

And i think its a slightly better "model?" of the card but they also have the gigabyte for a bit less. Now im really excited about getting this and I want it asap, so really my question is:

Should I hold off for the Asus, or get the Gigabyte now. Keeping in mind that id like it asap.

Also, could you list any pros or cons about them, whats better and why. but mainly the first question^^^
