HEY, THERE IS PROBLEM OCCURING WHILE INSTALLING WINDOWS 7 TO MY LAPTOP. I HAVE FORMATTED THE ALL THREE DRIVES AND THEN DELETED THE TWO DRIVES AND NOW ONLY ONE DRIVE IS PRESENT OF 298 GB. BUT WHILE I TRY TO CREATE THE PARTITION BY PRESSING NEW NOTHING HAPPENS. THE FORMAT OPTION HAS GONE. AND WHILE I TRY TO TO INSTALL THE WINDOWS 7 IN THE SAME 298 GB DRIVE - IT SAYS -- setup was unable to use the existing partition because it does not contain the required free space.

You are not talking about drives it sounds like but partitions. You did not have to format any of them, once you remove the partitions and create a new single one, it's the same as formatting, all the data is cleared out.

Start over. When you get to the disk selection, remove all partitions, create a new one, Windows should format it when you install it.
