Recently my main computer had some hardware failure so in the mean time I took out the seconday HDD that I use in it, converted it to an external and plugged it into my backup.
However when I go into my computer it doesn't show up. I went into Disk Management to see if it shows up there and it does however it shows up as completely unallocated, I do not wish to play with it on my own for fear of losing the data that I had on it so what can I do to access that stuff or is it actually lost...
Either way it is a giant wake up call in that I should backup my stuff online.
