plz Help I got a BFG Gts 250 1G and am using LS-600 Lifetime Series ATX Power Supply.

BUt some times i experiment Computer Crash in Window 7 Ultimate. Is my Power Supply Enough for my Card and pc ?
Or is window 7 crashing my pc ?

Although not the best of PSU's it should be plenty for a GTS250
