You need a cooler with that chip. It is OEM, so it does not have a heat sink, nor any warranty past 30 days. No worries, it is a good chip, and most are able to unlock that 4th core. Here is what I bought with mine.

The case has only one fan, unlike every other Cooler Master case. You will need to spend money on more fans or find another case.

The PSU is barely adequate, and Thermaltake is not noted for their quality power supplies. The Corsair is a much better product.

thanks yea, the changes ill be making is getting a corsair 650tx psu and maybe nzxt gamma classic for my case i wanted to get phenom 955 but will make my budget pass its limit what i really want to do is crossfire dual 8x/8x with a mobo thats future proof for sata 6gb/s usb 3.0 with phenom 955 because i dnt really want to take my chance unlocking cores with a callisto 555 or 560 also would 650w be sufficeint for oc and crossfire 5830? or would crossfiring 5770 be enough to plan most if not all games on high settings?

i just want a system that will last be 3-5 years my computer right now is very old 2003 cant do anything with it surfing the wed is a pain even moving around this site is insane
