Can I dual two 9600 GSO's with dif memories?

I have an old 9600 gso which I would like to sell but its not that old and in good condition.
Its an XFX and has 384mb of memory... so could I dual it with another 9600 gso regardless of memory or brand?

Edit : Failgrammer -_- I said it was old and new in the same sentance.
