CPU Cores are 0 degrees after overclock

hello guys i overclocked my amd phenom ii 965 x4 3.4ghz to 4.0ghz. before overclock cpu temp was 29c and cores was 36c. i overlocked it to 4.0ghz(with easy tune) and my pc shutted down. i opened it and everything turned to normal. ghz etc. but every program read my cpu cores 0 degrees. guys sory for my bad english i tried to explain my problem.

try using easy tune to set stock. it might be to do with bios. is my say 4ghz in easy tune and be at stock in bios. or other way round
