help with graphics card replace chipset

i have a hp 6127c and run win 7. it has a intel g33/g31 chipset. i want to play civ v on it, so i need to replace the chipset with a video card. i am thinkingt nvidia 9500. i believe i am running 300 watts. i really don\'t know two things; first, will the nvidia physically fit into the pavilion 6127 and second, will i have to disable the chipset (how do i do that?)?

It is a mini tower and a normal card should fit. The best cards you can run on a 300watt psu is HD5670 and GT240 if you want something alittle bit better than the 9500GT.
