Using old storage device in new PC

I'm going to build a new PC and I have a question on the storage device. I will already be purchasing an HDD, but I also want to use my old HDD because it would be such a hassle to transfer those files to something else and blahblahblah. Is it possible to install both the new HDD and the old HDD in the computer and also, should I delete the files for windows 7 that are on my old HDD because the old HDD has 32 bit windows 7 and the new one will have 64 bit installed. Should I delete the windows on the old HDD? Will it interfere with the new one? Help!

Install Windows on the new hard drive before adding the old one and you should be fine. It will not interfere with your new Windows installation.
