GTX 580 is completely overkill for running WoW.Consider GTX 460 instead. It can handle WoW fine on 1080p resolution.
As for PSU,go with Corsair VX550(No need for a 1000W PSU if you aren't planing to run multiple cards).
Other specs look fine(and for CPU,stick with i7 950,WoW doesn't benefit from 6 core CPUs)

2 GTX 580s are better.
As for monitor, how much do you want to spend ? what screen size do you need and do you need a 3D monitor or not ?

he is using a 30 inch monitory. I'm guessing 1920x1080 if its an HDTV , but it could be 2560 x 1600, in which case a 580 is only a little overkill.

If its 1080p,then even 1 GTX 460 can handle WoW fine, but if its anything higher, then you are right.A more powerful card is recommended.

with that monitor, you can drive with a GTX 460 and save a BUNCH of money.

Any X58 mobo should do what you need

Right^
That monitor is fine, and like i mentioned, a GTX 460 can run WoW perfectly fine on 1080p.
As for motherboard, ASUS P6X58D-E is a good choice.
