hi...i have GA-945GCM(X)-S2 with intel pentium dual cpu E2140 @ 1.60 Ghz and 1.99 GB RAM..
I wanted to know whether i can play NEED FOR SPEED series just by upgrading my processor speed ? or do i need graphics card in addition?

well, OC your CPU will help you a lot, let's say 2.5GHz if you can...
Also adding a dedicated card surely gives you boost performance to play NFS series.
What is your current card?
PSU? brand? model?
