Can Asus Striker Extreme use Nvidia 460 card?

I am currently using two 8600GTS cards in SLI on my Asus Striker Extreme motherboard with a Q6600 processor and 8gb of matched RAM.

Of course it will -

As long as motherboard has a PCIe slot(your one obviously has) it will run almost all PCIE Graphics cards.
