More about black friday build anything changed
  1. is ther any reason to bump up to a 470 over the 460. I know it will render bettter graphics and is faster, but i also am one of those people who do the price/performance with everything.
  2. up to you I guess, since your only buying 1 card now I'd just get a more powerful one.
  3. seems like if i was going to spend that much i might as well just sli a pair of 460s. i see what youre saying though. Thanks for the psu, that was a nice find.

aways on option :P. I tend to buy OCed already because I find it easier and don't want to mess with it. the other advantage of the 470 is theres an option two three-way sli. Although the performance gain is nothing like going from 1 to 2.

and no prob :D I ordered that PSU yesterday. Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 1tb for $50, 8GB of G.skill ram for $80 today.
I'm waiting for SB though, as my signature displays lol.

  6. lol this makes me feel good, i'm doing also the exact some build @ http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/299593-31-gaming-futureproof-noob-build-1250

also, dang it on the 8gb of ram, the 1600 is sold out, i was looking at that yesterday :/
  7. I got the DDR3 1333 C9. It'll do fine for me, $80 its fantastic considering I checked 2 days ago and the cheapest was $105.
