500w will be fine as long as it is a quality brand. I have no idea about the quality of Asus or Gigabyte power supplies. Go for the one with the highest 12v amps and best warranty.

It's difficult to choose a quality unit from either Gigabyte or Thermaltake due to the fact that some units are good and some are terrible.
Gigabyte ODIN Plus and GT are good units the Odin and Odin Superb are not.
Thermaltake Toughpower XT are good do not buy a TR2 they aren't good.

Newegg does not ship internationally at all.

The OEM's for ASUS' power supplies are AcBel Polytech, Bestec, Delta Electronics and Enertronix.

The OEM's for Gigabytes power supplies are AcBel Polytech, CWT and FSP.

The quality of components varies depending on the model series. In general a value series will use cheaper, less reliable components in its manufacturing. High-end series will use high quality components and are better able to deliver their claimed wattage or more.

If you specify the makes and models available to you that will be more useful in helping you make your decision.
