Kodak has an online photo printing subsidiary, www.ofoto.com, which might
make for a good starting point. They print on real photo paper, not inkjet.

I've had absolutely superb results from http://www.transpacolor.com --
they aren't the cheapest around, but you get what you pay for.

Best AND cheapest?
And "developed". Just how do you "develop" a digital picture?

I get all my digital photos printed at my local Costco. It is cheap $0.19
for 4x6, $0.69 for 5x7, $1.99 for 8x10, and $2.99 for 11x14. They use
Noritsu printers and print on Fuji Crystal Archive paper. Was also able to
download the specific ICC profile created for that actual printer.

Prints made using the Fuji Frontier machines as well as those made in the
Kodak, Konica, Noritsu, etc equivalents actually do develop the images using
the same RA-4 chemical process that was used for optically enlarging film
negatives. Development of course is only the first step, followed by
bleach-fix and stabilizer.

And coming soon to a Costco near you - Internet upload capability. Only
four states have it now, but there was only just a few months ago.
