Links work for me. I didn't quite grasp your price point, but it looks like around $500. I'd say it's worth the couple bucks to upgrade to the awesome Samsung Spinpoint F3 1TB. It's usually cheaper on Amazon and has stronger performance than the 500GB.

NEVER get a PSU included with a case if you can afford not to. At $103 shipping, you may as well get a $30 case and a decent $50 PSU.

CPU good
Cooler: Save your money and don't get one until you do heavy overclocking. Then get a Hyper 212+
RAM: $45 1600MHz CL9 is faster than 1333 CL9 for $4 more (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...)
GPU: $99 (AR) 5770 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?)Item=N82E16814161338
Mobo: $70 MSI w/ two PCI-e (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...)
Hard Drive: Samsung Spinpoint F3 1TB.
Case: Personal taste--$30 one or Antec 300 Illusion?
PSU: $50 600W Corsair (after rebate, shipping, coupon) (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...)
Optical: Any cheap one.

This build is pretty much the same price once you skip the CPU cooler and the case/PSU combo. Much better gaming performance with faster HDD. It's just under $450 by my count. And if you want it cheaper, you can probably buy parts off this guy: http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/101330-8-selling-gami...
You'd want his CPU and GPU

Also, I'd get the Phenom II x2 955BE CPU and the ASRock 870 Extreme 3 if I had the cash.

You will need a heatsink and fan, however there is one included with the CPU, and as long as you are not going to be overclocking the PC, the only reason to buy an aftermarket HSF is if you wanted a more quiet one, or the PC is use at high ambient temperatures.

Yes, it is able to pass audio over HDMI.

ATI Radeon™ HD 5770 Graphics specs
Integrated HD audio controller
· Output protected high bit rate 7.1 channel surround sound over HDMI with no additional cables required
· Supports AC-3, AAC, Dolby TrueHD and DTS Master Audio formats

Honestly for wow you can pretty much buy any new hardware that's out today and play it on max settings..i have two old rigs playing it on max settings..one has a 2.2ghz duel core, 4850 and 2gigs of ram and the other is a Gateway with a quad core 2.4ghz, 4gigs or ram and a 3870...And both system gets about 60fps during raids...about 25fps in stormwind, hope this helps
