P8Z68-V LE Vs. P8Z68-V LX

Hey, i need to choose between the P8Z68-V LX And the P8Z68-V LE. Cant go any better than these, its the top of my budget.

I'm gettin' a I5 2500K And gonna overclock the crap out of the I5.
Could use SLI, Any way to enable it on the M boards?

So anyway, what's the difference?

The only difference I can see between the boards is the number of USB 3.0 ports. The LE MB has more.
