Viewsonic lcd will not powers on

Viewsonic lcd will not power on. I have the N2652W 26" lcd monitor/tv and the red light on the power button in front is lit. When I press it on the light turns green for about 2 seconds, blinks then goes back to Red. The monitor appears to do nothing. No lights/ no sound. Any ideas?

So when its off the red light is on? When you turn it on the light turns green and then it shuts down? No red lights after it shuts down? If thats the case the problem is your monitor itself, maybe the power plug.

If the red light stays on after it shuts down the problem is most likely your video card. Try updating your video driver.
