Audio and light gaming machine

I'm looking to build a computer that will run starcradt 2 decently well as well as my audio recording software (protools) which requires a fair amount of processing at times when multiple tracks and plug-ins are running. I'm not looking to spend a lot of money and I need to machine to run quietly.
