Should i get a gts250 or HD5670

Hello, ive spent allot of time researching things and have narrowed down to choosing between two graphics cards:
1. Zotac GTS250 1gb
2. Gigabyte HD5670 1gb

Ive spent allot of time trying to find out what card to get and need other peoples opinions. pls

My current system specs:
Pentium dual core proccesor 3.2ghz
2.5gb ddr2 memory (upgrading to 4)
Thermaltake litepower 450w
2 case fans
gigabyte ga-945gcm s2l (mobo)

Thnxs for the reply but do you think i should get the gts250 or HD5670, Ive been looking around and the gts250 beats the HD5670 in almost everything but on benchmarks the HD5670 beats it :/  can you tell me why it does?? Is it cause the HD5670 supports a higher open gl and supports dx11? Also have you ever had this card?

Are you posotive my hardware would run this card and it will not overheat with just two fans ones exhaust one intake. Also can you run dual monitors with this card?

a 5750 is about as fast as the gts250 + it has dx11 + 3x display output if you want to spend a bit extra, and doesnt use as much power or create as much heat as the gts 250. But yes the gts250 does dual display, most cards do.

it will run, it won't over heat, and it can support dual monitors
