Hello, I am at a location with a strong wi-fi signal and normally have no problem accessing the network. My computer is not identifying available networks even though my wife's computer has a good connection. Cannot use the troubleshooting facility because no internet connection. what can I do? Thanks

If laptop, check that wireless is switched on -- either a physical switch on the case side or an Fn key combination.

If not that then check Control Panel, System, Hardware, Device Manager and see if wireless network adapter is present and not yellow flagged as faulty.
