Hey all I am building this pc:
haf X
i7 950 @4.2 ghz (h70)
asus rampage III formula
6gb corsair 1866mhz cl9 dominator GT (with fan)
HIS HD6870
samsung spinpoint f3 1tb
corsair hx-850w
2* liteon dvdrw
NZXT sentry 2 fan controller

I want to be able to do some heavy benchmarking and see temps ect.
What are some good benchmarking tools/software that I can use? (preferably freebies)
I want to benchmark cpu, gpu, hdd, ect ect!

Thankyou! :sol:

Use IOMeter & CrystalMark for the HDD
Use 3DMark 06 for GPU although there are quite a few others like CineBench, GPU Caps viewer, MSi Kombustor etc etc
For the Processor use Prime 95....
To monitor temps you can use HW Monitor and the asus utilities....too
You of the whole system and also individual modules for every component to be benchmarked individually.
