I5-2500k mobo

I'm planning on getting an i5-2500k and have $180 or so to spend on a motherboard. I would like usb 3.0, sata 3.0, sli support, and all that nice stuff (I might overclock). Any recommendations?

if you have 180 dollars to spend id go with the sabertooth p67 mobo , it will def give you all the nice overclocking options to get the most out of the i5 , i have this board along with the i5 2500k
