CPU Red LED P8P67 Pro rev 3

Hello

My problem is when i start my computer up the red cpu led comes on, Fans go i even think the harddrives are on but there is no video signal and the red cpu light is on.

I can start the PC but i need to unplug it from the wall for 15-20 mins before it will start, Its very strange. Anyone have any ideas on what might be going wrong?

Also when it does start everything seems fine, can run all my games with no problems and temperatures are good

Cpu : intel 2500k
gfx : 570gtx
Motherboard : asus p8p67 pro rev3
ram : corsair dominator GT 8gigs 1866
psu : 850W CorsairHX i think
cpu cooling : corsair h70 water cooling

hey, did a cmos reset no change.
one thing i did was try taking out all ram and trying different slots this gave me results each time i changed the ram into a different slot i was able to boot, but if i shut it down then restart again i get red cpu led, then i move ram to a different slot can start again, so im thinking its my ram

First, try to restore default your bios. And if it still can't run, try to run all of your ram one stick at a time, to make sure that all of your ram is working.
