How much power would i need for Core 2 Quad Q8400?

How much power am i expected to need to power a Core 2 Quad Q8400? About the only thing that takes a chunk of power to work is my Gts 250 gfx card. im not sure how much power my system takes total but it consumes about 350 watts. Im useing a 500 watt PSU so should this be perfectly enough power to keep my system operational?

Also will it fit/work into my mobo or system all togather? Here my mobo specs.

The Socket is 775, and the Q8400 needs a LGA775 which should be the same as saying Socket T or just 775, just making sure though.

^agree.. Your system (even considering an overclocked Q8400) won't require in access of 300 watts of power at maximum load..
