Your RAM has nothing to do with your GPU compatibility.

my pc set up is
motherboard: asus p5kpl-am
memory: 667 ddr2 2gb
GPU: 9500gt 512
HDD: 200 gb and 80 gb
PSU: 600 watts
and games are slow even if it mets the requirements, anything else that i should do? please help....thanks guys
