how do I block outsiders from "piggybacking" on my linksys WRT54GS broadband router and downloading illegal files?

The best way is to go into the router's settings using Internet Explorer and change the identity of your network - the SSID - and then hide that identity by ticking not to broadcast it, then set the wireless security to a higher level - WPA or WPA2 - and change the security key regularly.
