:non:
he said 210W rating at 12V and 14A which means actual PSU wattage is like 350W(marked) minimum. So that can run a gt 240 with ease
and his casing looks like it will fit.

Yes sir you may run a gt 240 but dats dat.Any other card like HD5670 or 9800 GT are longer in size and may not only block air intake bt siting ur casing they may ram into your HDD so beware

no offense <with anyone> , i agree with the general opinion about gts240
but
a
9500gt will run.
http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/Axle/GeForce_GT_220/...
scorpion has 12amps means 144watts on 12volt rail.

i am also sure about the g210.
for gts 220 u can check this one

A 9500GT and GT220 are pretty much the same thing, a GT210 is worse than both.

gt210 might be the only card to work on 210watt pus..

In which case the OP would be better off with a pencil and paper!

both the 9500gt and the gts220 draw under 70 watts at peak .
OP got 138watts on 12volt rail (12*12-12*0.5).

both cards dnt require a 6pin molex so the can't in any way draw more than 75 watts

so mister OP got 63 watt remaining . he only got a single HDD, a single DVD drive
so in my opinion he is good to go (not for the gts240) for gt220 or 9500gt
his processor a HT prescott (only 2.8ghz) is also less power hungry.

the psu requirements manufacturers state is for a complete standard built (something like 4gigs , 4 HDDs)

i have 14amps he has 12 amps . at tom's u can find that people have recomended
9500gt, gt220, hd 4650. so OP in my opinion u r good to go for a gt220 or a 9500gt
