I created a file inExcell 2010 which is apasswordd protected, and yes I forgot the password, I need help to eitherdisablee the password or reset it, can anyone help.

You have a good point, I am the rightful owner but as you said there is no way I can authenticate it.
It looks like I have to do this the hard way, remember all the names and get new password.
