system specs:
Intel core 2 quad Q9400 cpu @ 2.67 Ghz
Asus P5ND nvidia 750i motherboard
4GB RAM
Ceasers eco element 650w PSU (will upgrade to corsair 750w)

Now that i have listed my specs my question is do you guys think i will run into any problems while trying to SLI 2 GTX460 1GB?
Also, the SLI bridge connector for my motherboard has been sitting out and collecting dust in the plastic wrapper it came in for a year or so... think it should still work or no?

Sounds like a plan, my connector sat around for 11 months ? No problems. Can you overclock to 3ghz ? It couldn't hurt.

Hey Vinny,

I have a Q9450 that EASILY clocks to 3.2 on Air with a zalman cooler, I doubt you'd have any issues (no need for voltage changes or anything like that, it's really simple and gives a lot more throughput).

Additionally, with your upgraded PSU, your setup will be great. The SLi bridge connector is just fine, I'm sure of it.

You don't have to download anything. You go into your BIOS and change your settings in there. I'm not an OC expert, so I'd probably go to our Overclock forums for some help in there.
