12 volt rail

hey guys the 12 volt rail stays at 12.93 but sometimes it jumps up-to 12.99. And on rare occasions it drops down to 12.86. Is this behavior normal ?

More about volt rail
  1. In sandra lite the -5 goes down to -7 for a very slight duration.
  2. That is out of tolerance. You should double check it with a digital multimeter. Measure between the yellow (positive lead) and black wire (negative or ground lead) on one of the 4 pin drive power plugs.

If the PSU is still under warranty, you should replace it. If it is out of warranty, you have a decision to make.
  3. and now the -5 Volt rail went down to -8.9. Iam worried :(

Is this for the 12 volt behavior or -5 volt behavior. I measured using Si Sandra Lite software.
