Good graphics card for 1024x768

GTS250 or HD4850 is enough to maxed out everything at 1024x768.

$250 is way too much to spend on a card for that resolution. The most you should be considering is an HD5770 like suggested above and that is actually overkill really. Anything more powerful is pointless unless you are going to upgrade your monitor.
