Crap PSU, get a corsair HX-750 instead
Crap choice of GPU, get a single 6870 instead.
Nice SSD
Nice storage drive
ODD i dont know much about
Decent ram i guess

Actually you might want to consider a intel build...
Intel i5 760
Gigabyte P55A-UD4 / Asus p7p55d-e pro

Dont bother with w7 ultimate, just get home premium 64 bit


Also crossfire is AMD's version of putting two to four GPUs in a system to get a performance boost when running games
