Hey my friend is building a new computer, and well since we are unable to find lga 1155 motherboards for a decent price anywhere(you guys know of anywhere?) cause of the recall issue and all(Which we dont mind at all) we were looking for what processor to put in our build rather thant he 2500k, i was looking at the phenom x6 1090t black edition, now obviously it is not better than the 2500k but it seems to be decently close to it.Now is this really a worthy replacement?I'm not quite sure i haven't kept up with cpus and i couldn't find a firm answer anywhere. So basically we need a processor that costs around the same as the 2500k, with performance that almost matches it(doesn't necessarily need to be better) or a place that still sells lga 1155 motherboards at normal prices :p.Just wondering if the 1090t is a good one or there is a better replacement out there.
