I'm looking for a low-cost motherboard for a file-server build. I would prefer the following:

- On-board graphics. Doesn't matter what chipset (AT ALL!) since this machine will be headless. I just don't want to have to spend extra money on a video card if I can avoid it
- Low power. If possible LGA775 with a 35W Celeron, or maybe AM3 with a 45W CPU.
- On-board RAID, ff possible in hardware. Otherwise I will have to spring for a more powerful CPU. Want to avoid buying a RAID controller card if I can.
- Lots of SATA connectors. 4 at a bare minimum, prefer 6+
- Inexpensive. Trying to keep the cost down since I already have all the drives, and a case with a PSU already.

Is this a complete pipe dream? Am I destined to spend $200 on a motherboard or can I find something nice and cheap like $50 with all the stuff I want? :)

I should mention that I would prefer to run linux on this box so that would impact the RAID functionality. Any RAID'ing would need to be recognized by linux...
