Will it be wise to get a GTS 250 for now? I mean because in a few months time most card are going to be outdated cause the ATI 6000 series is coming out. Most games are still running at Microsoft direct x10.The gts 250 also supports HD right?

Other than the stock version the rest are over clocked as in they already done it?

My friend also gave me a advice not to get the stock version as the fans are small. He said is probably better to get a bigger one for cooling.

Yes, you are paying them for something you can do yourself. If you want to pay . . .how did you describe it? . . . "a huge difference in prices", then pay it.

The more you pay for this 250, the less wise it is . . . depending on what alternatives are available to you.

Can you buy a 450, 5750, or 5770? If so, how close are the prices to the overclocked 250?
