Hi there.

Im new to overclocking on AMD processors. Im running a AMD 1090t-BE @ 4Ghz and 1,44 V on Vcore. Im currently running Prime95, and temps are about 44 degrees celcius. Im using Corsair H70 water cooling. Are these temps normal? Is Coretemp reading wrong? I was expecting higher temps.
When using AMD Overdrive to read the info, it sais 44-45 degrees on all the cores, but CPU temp sais 60-62 degrees. Also on the bios idle temps looks somewhat higher then when read in Windows

If this is not the case, I would try getting it to 4,5 ghz. Or at least 4,2. I´ve read on another forum that max save temp is 62 degrees celcius. What about CPU VID voltage?(Currently 1,3) Any comments?

System:
MB Asus formula IV
CPU AMD Phenom 2 X6 1090T-BE @ 4ghz 11,44vcore
RAM Kingston HyperX 1600 Mhz 27-9-9-9 @ 1333 20-7-7-7
GFX ATI XFX Radeon 5850 1GB @ 775Mhz & 1125Mhz
HDD-0 Intel SSD X25 80 GB 34nm
HDD-1 2xWD 250 GB Raid edition (Setup in Raid-0)
PSU Corsair 650HX
Case Corsair Graphite series 600
Screen Asus 24" 1920*1080 2ms

Thanks in advance.

Ok, but what temp should I watch?

As i wrote, AMD Overdrive sais 44-45 degrees on each core, but 60 degreese on the CPU. This dosent make any sense Why would the cores be 15 degreese colder then the CPU? The CPU are made up of the cores... <--- This is why im confused
