Windows live mail for windows 7 64 bit

I have windows 7, windows live email, cannot send email but can receive it ok. Please help[

Check if your account is set up right. Whoever gave you the account can tell you what settings you need like mail server address, non standard port, SSL, outgoing authentication. Just ask whoever gave you the account. If it's from a website then email them or read their help/support.
