Graphics Card Upgrade

hello,

i am going to buy a graphics card within 1 week.currently i have the following rig :

AMD ATHLON 64X2 4000+ @2.1 GHZ

2 GB DDR2 RAM

450W PSU WITH SINGLE 19AMPS RAIL

NVIDIA 6150SE ONBOARD GRAPHICS. I have finalised these cards :-

ATI HD 5570
ATI HD 5670
ATI HD 4770.
So my question is:-

"WHICH OF THE ABOVE MENTIONED CARDS WILL BE THE BEST POSSIBLE UPGRADE FOR ME CONSIDERING MY SYSTEM SPECS?"

and will i see any performance increase in games .and i play at 1024x768 resolution.thanks for your help in advance.

For 1024x768 then HD5670 is more than enough for you.
Can you OC your CPU a little bit? If you can then go overclock it, you will see performance increase if you OC your cpu...

At such low res the 4770 would be fine, I'd even just reccomend a 4670. Perhaps even waiting for the GT 430 comes out see how that does maybe. Of course an option is the 4850 at 90$ now on newegg.

well i cant OC bcuz my mobo wont allow me .are u saying that i wont get any performance increase if i dont OC my CPU?

well thanks to all for ur quick and to the point replies.i guess i will go with the hd 5670 or i might even consider a gt 240.

actually the 2.0 versions don't have huge probs with 2.1 since most PCI 16x are backwards compatible, like how 2.0 was backwards compatible with 1.0. So you will have maybe, smalllll chance, that you'll face problems. I'd recommend the 5670. the GT 240 came out to be somewhat of a disapointment. Plus at the same cost, the 5670 is the better choice.
