Power supply mounting

I recently ordered the raidmax 730w psu

I was wondering if the fan on the power supply unit would be a problem, because if i mount it facing up the fan will be very close to the top of the case. Would it hurt to mount it upside down, so that the fan is intaking/blowing into the case, where a 120mm exhaust fan sits just below it?

The fan facing down is the correct way.
