Could my motherboard support a cpu thats not on the list?

Many times happened that the cpu is not listed but it's supported. I think this is the case for you. I am pretty sure that x3 450 will work just fine.
You should send an email to Biostar to be 100% sure and also maybe they will send you a newer bios version.
