For $200, there's very little you can do to upgrade a GPU, PSU, and RAM all at once.

The cheapest solution for you:

4 gb of RAM, CAS 5: $75

New PSU, 530 watts, 37 amps 12v rail: $40

New GPU, ATi 5670: $100, $20 mail in rebate

That's about the best I think you can do with your current hardware.

Couldn't find a picture of the mother board or a picture with the side off the case but here are my suggestions....

PS/ has 34AMPS. Plenty to run your system

Video card/has rebate/dual slot so make sure you have room

3gig of ram should hold you over. The limiting factor will be the dual core processor but it's not the biggest thing holding you back right now. Also not a good idea to suggest a processor without knowing what mother board you have. Could cause you problems. Good Luck.

Couldn't have done it better myself.

The power supply is a piece of crap and the video card is next to useless for good gaming.

Raidmax is good, though not among the best but still good. And could you suggest something that fits in at under 200 bucks?

I already did. A PS and a video card that's superior to anything yet suggested. Start from the beginning and read.
